Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with SUNMIWO. Please review the following policy regarding returns and exchanges for products purchased through our global site.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges free of charge in the following cases, which are the responsibility of the Company:

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: The product arrives with manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrect Product Shipped: A product different from your order was delivered.

2. Customer-Requested Returns

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated by contacting us within 7 days of the product’s delivery date.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For customer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated handling fees.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date.

  • If the product has been opened, used, or installed (unless it is faulty).

  • If any tags, accessories, or original packaging are missing or discarded.

  • If the product shows signs of damage, soiling, or odors caused by the customer after delivery.

  • If the product falls under the “Non-Returnable Products” category listed below.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene reasons or the nature of the goods, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange for customer-requested reasons:

  • Food & Beverages (perishable goods)

  • Underwear, innerwear, supporters, and other apparel that directly contacts the skin

  • Cosmetics & Toiletries

  • Accessories & Precious Metals (e.g., jewelry)

  • Toys (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or Made-to-Order products

  • Downloadable software, serial codes, and other digital goods

5. Return/Exchange Process

    • Order Number

    • Your Full Name

    • Product(s) you wish to return/exchange and quantity

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • (Note: Returns shipped to us without prior notification may not be accepted.)

  2. Instructions: We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Back: Please pack the product securely in its original condition and ship it back to us using a reliable trackable method (e.g., courier service) as per our instructions.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s). If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

  5. Refund: Refunds will typically be processed to your original payment method or designated account within 7-14 business days of us receiving and approving the return.

  6. Exchange: If the exchange is for an in-stock item, we will ship the replacement promptly.

6. Refund Details

  • For customer-requested returns, the refund will be for the product’s price only (excluding original and return shipping & handling fees).

  • For returns due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), you will receive a full refund of the product price and any associated shipping costs (both ways).
